Welcome to CNP Utility District

CNP Utility District (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas created in 1969 by Act of 61st Texas Legislature (Chapter 751). The District contains approximately 712 acres of land and is located within Harris County.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing and operating water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents.
